T.E.A.M. Together Everyone Achieves More
Being a good teammate isn’t always easy. Every person on your team has his or her own personality, likes and dislikes. Working on a team means listening to other people’s opinions, communicating your ideas, and working together to come up with a plan that works for everyone.
Good teammates are people who know how to reach a compromise. Finding a solution that works for everyone isn’t about winning arguments or making the whole team agree with your plan. A good compromise is one where everyone feels like his or her voice was heard. For example, some people on your team may enjoy working or practicing music and some may not. A good compromise might be spending half of the class with sparring and the other half something else.
The most important thing about teamwork is recognizing your team is there for you, and everything goes smoother if you are all working towards the same goal.
