Costume Safety
Coming up with a creative disguise doesn’t mean that safety needs to be forgotten, so here are some safety tips to keep in mind.

  • October 31 can be a chilly night so make sure that costumes are loose enough to be worn over warm clothing but not so baggy or long that trick or treaters can trip over their costumes.

Spirit Family BBQ Day

On Sunday August 11th from 1 pm – 6 pm we are organizing a family day with our brother schools, Elite Tkd and CIA BJJ Academy. We will be having softball and soccer games. The softball team will only be for juniors and adults. Soccer will be for the kids.

Please keep these places clean. When changing into your dobok, put your regular clothes in your bag and when you leave, don’t forget any of your Tkd gear. If you only bring a jacket, hang it up on the coat hangers provided, do not just throw your stuff every where and anywhere.

Respect – Do not go into other peoples bags. That this their personal stuff and you do not need to look in their back without permission.

Summer Camp 2013

July’s summer Camp was sold out and all the instructors and kids had a blast! We went to the Movies, had fun at the Fun Dome, Spent a gorgeous day out at Fort Edmonton Park and finished the week of at the Spray Park with ice cream.
